Where Light Becomes Life
Welcome
I’m so glad you’re here.
If you’ve found your way here, chances are you’ve been carrying more than anyone realizes. Perhaps you’ve spent years holding everything together for everyone else while quietly wondering when you’ll finally have the space to care for yourself.
Healing is not about becoming someone different. It’s about remembering who you were before pain, loss, trauma, or life’s circumstances convinced you otherwise.
Whether you’re navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, relationship challenges, or a significant life transition, therapy can become a place where you no longer have to survive alone. My hope is to create a space where you feel safe enough to exhale, honest enough to be fully seen, and empowered enough to begin living from a place of freedom rather than fear.
Looking back, I realize my career has never really been about the titles I’ve held. Whether in law enforcement, leadership, ministry, or counseling, I’ve always felt called to walk alongside people in life’s hardest moments with compassion, curiosity, and hope, believing that healing begins when we feel safe enough to be fully seen.
Today, I draw on those experiences alongside advanced training in trauma-informed care, grief and loss, nervous system regulation, cognitive and behavioral therapies, existential approaches, and holistic wellness. My work is rooted in evidence-based practice while honoring the whole person—mind, body, and the unique story that has brought you here. For those who desire it, I also welcome faith into the therapeutic process, drawing from both my clinical training and my background in ministry.
I believe therapy is about more than managing symptoms. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that once helped you survive but may now be keeping you stuck. We’ll cultivate emotional resilience, deepen your understanding of yourself, strengthen your relationships, and create a life that feels aligned with your values rather than driven by fear or obligation.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. You don’t have to perform, minimize your pain, or carry it alone.
You simply get to show up exactly as you are.
It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your strengths, rediscover hope, and come home to yourself.
Welcome. I’m truly glad you’re here.
